Nous cherchons une personnalité pragmatique et proactive pour développer le système qualité, piloter les projets qualité et assurer la qualité en production et dans la chaîne logistique. Région : Jura neuchâtelois \| Taux : 80%\-100%.

Senior Quality Engineer (f/h)

Tes responsabilités et tâches : ---------------------------------

  • Développement du SMQ (ISO 13485, MDR) et maintien des certifications
  • Pilotage de projets qualité : adaptations du SMQ, validations de procédés et CAPA
  • Réalisation d'audits internes et fournisseurs
  • Coordination des non\-conformités (internes/fournisseurs) et traitement des réclamations
  • Maîtrise documentaire, plans de contrôle, gestion des risques, analyse de données et KPI
  • Interlocuteur·rice pour clients, fournisseurs et services internes sur les questions de qualité
  • Formation des collaborateurs aux exigences réglementaires et liées au SMQ
  • Collaboration avec la technique/production pour résoudre les problèmes et améliorer les procédés

Ton profil : ------------

  • Diplôme en sciences naturelles ou en ingénierie (HES/ETH/EPFL/Uni)
  • Au moins 8–10 ans d'expérience en management de la qualité des dispositifs médicaux
  • Solides connaissances de ISO 13485:2016, MDR (UE) 2017/745, 21 CFR Part 820 et MDSAP
  • Maîtrise des méthodes statistiques (maîtrise des procédés, plans de contrôle et d'échantillonnage)
  • Une expérience d'un eQMS doublée d’une formation/d’études en microbiologie constitue un atout.
  • Esprit analytique, pragmatique, proactif et rigoureux, avec un fort esprit d'équipe
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l'anglais
