Unser Kunde ist ein dynamisches Schweizer Handelsunternehmen mit Sitz in Zug und internationaler Ausrichtung. Das Unternehmen vertreibt ein breites Portfolio internationaler Markenprodukte und arbeitet mit Kund:innen und Partner:innen aus Retail, Grosshandel und HoReCa zusammen.

Job Description ##

  • Aktive Identifikation und Akquisition neuer Kund:innen im Schweizer Markt
  • Aufbau und strategische Weiterentwicklung von Retail-, Grosshandels- und HoReCa-Accounts
  • Eigenständige Führung des gesamten Sales Cycles von der Ansprache bis zum Abschluss
  • Verhandlung von Preisen, Konditionen und kommerziellen Vereinbarungen
  • Identifikation neuer Produkte, Vertriebskanäle und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Category Management und Geschäftsleitung beim Marktausbau

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbarer Hintergrund
  • Mehrjährige B2B-Sales-Erfahrung im FMCG-, Food-, Beverage-, Schönheits- oder Konsumgüterumfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis des Schweizer Retail- und Grosshandelsmarktes; bestehendes Netzwerk ist ein klarer Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität, unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, Geschäft eigenständig aufzubauen und abzuschliessen
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch ist von Vorteil
