Das Unternehmen ist in einem dynamischen, sicherheits- und netzwerkorientierten Umfeld tätig und verbindet eigene technologische Entwicklungen mit dem Betrieb globaler, hochverfügbarer Systeme.

Im Zuge des weiteren Ausbaus seiner Infrastruktur sucht das Unternehmen eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, komplexe Linux- und Netzwerkumgebungen weiterentwickelt und mit ihrem Know-how einen direkten Beitrag zur Stabilität, Performance und Zukunftsfähigkeit der Plattform leistet.

Ihre technische Verantwortung ####

  • Linux-Infrastruktur: Betrieb, Lifecycle-Management und Performance-Optimierung einer global verteilten Serverflotte mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Verfügbarkeit und Effizienz
  • Networking & Security: Optimierung von Linux-Kernel, Netzwerk-Stack, Routing und Firewall-Konfigurationen für leistungsfähige VPN- und Proxy-Verbindungen
  • Virtualisierung & Automation: Verwaltung virtualisierter und containerisierter Umgebungen sowie automatisierte Deployments und Optimierung von Betriebsabläufen
  • Troubleshooting & Provider Management: Analyse komplexer Netzwerk- und Verbindungsprobleme inklusive Paketanalysen sowie technische Koordination mit Rechenzentren und Internetprovidern
  • Advanced Support & Abuse Management: Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller technischer Eskalationen sowie Unterstützung bei Network-Abuse-Fällen und entsprechenden Compliance-Anfragen

Das bringen Sie mit ####

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Linux-Systemadministration, idealerweise in einer globalen, hochverfügbaren Infrastruktur bei einem Hosting-Anbieter, Internetprovider, VPN-Unternehmen oder vergleichbaren Technologieunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Networking, insbesondere Routing, TCP/IP, Firewalling, Netzwerk-Performance und systematischer Fehleranalyse
  • Erfahrung mit VPN- und Proxy-Technologien, idealerweise OpenVPN und WireGuard, sowie Verständnis für deren Betrieb und Optimierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Automatisierung und Infrastruktur-Tools (Bash, Python, PHP, Git, Docker, Linux-Virtualisierung)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur technischen Rufbereitschaft bei kritischen Infrastrukturstörungen sowie zur Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Providern und Partnern
