  • Als Social Media Manager (m/w/d) konzipierst, koordinierst und publizierst du Inhalte auf den Social Media Kanälen der SBB und sorgst so für eine zielgruppen- und kanalgerechte Umsetzung.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du kreative Storytelling Formate und setzt Inhalte in Text, Bild, Video und Audio modern, relevant und wirkungsvoll um.
  • Im Newsroom briefst du interne und externe Content Produzent:innen, koordinierst Stakeholder und sicherst die Qualität der Inhalte vor der Veröffentlichung.
  • Trends auf relevanten Plattformen behältst du im Blick, testest neue Formate und entwickelst die Social Media Präsenz der SBB kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Die Wirkung der Kommunikationsmassnahmen analysierst du regelmässig und leitest datenbasiert Optimierungen und Learnings ab.
  • Du bringst Themen aktiv in den Newsroom-Prozess ein und arbeitest eng mit Businesspartner (m/w/d), Themenmanager:innen, Community Manager (m/w/d) sowie Multimedia-Spezialist:innen zusammen. Corporate Influencer (m/w/d) aktivierst du, damit Kampagnen zusätzliche Reichweite erzielen.

Das bringst du mit.

  • Dank deiner selbstständigen und vernetzten Arbeitsweise führst du komplexe Projekte auch unter Zeitdruck zum Abschluss.
  • Mit deiner analytischen und datenbasierten Vorgehensweise leitest du aus Performance-Daten konkrete Verbesserungen ab.
  • Ausgeprägte redaktionelle Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Gespür für Bildsprache, Storytelling und Community-Bedürfnisse zeichnen dich aus und es gelingt dir, komplexe Themen zielgruppengerecht zu erzählen.
  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer Agentur oder einem Grossunternehmen, im professionellen Social Media Management mit, hast Kanäle einer Marke, Organisation oder eines Unternehmens operativ betreut und kennst die relevanten Plattformen, aktuellen Trends sowie die Anforderungen an eine erfolgreiche digitale Kommunikation.
  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH) in Kommunikation, Journalismus, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Verhandlungssichere mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse (C2) sowie gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache (min. B2) sind in dieser Funktion erforderlich.
