Ihre Aufgabe ##

- Architekturkonzeption & -weiterentwicklung: Sie übersetzen komplexe Business-Anforderungen in nachhaltige, skalierbare und hochsichere Software- und Integrationsarchitekturen für geschäftskritische Kernsysteme.

- Strategische Vorgaben & Roadmaps: Sie definieren Zielarchitekturen, technische Roadmaps und Architekturprinzipien für das Unternehmen.

- Technologie-Evaluation & Innovation: Sie evaluieren zukunftsweisende Technologien in den Bereichen Cloud, Automation sowie AI/KI und begleiten Proof of Concepts (PoCs), MVPs und technische Prototypen.

- Integrations- & Schnittstellen-Design: Sie gestalten nahtlose Schnittstellen zwischen Eigenentwicklungen, Standardsoftware, Cloud-Services und externen Partnerplattformen.

- Technical Leadership & Enablement: Sie unterstützen agile Entwicklungsteams bei der Umsetzung von Architekturvorgaben, begleiten technische Entscheide und wirken bei Bedarf hands-on an Prototypen mit.

- Governance & Security: Sie arbeiten eng mit IT-Security-, Risk- und Infrastruktur-Teams zusammen, um Secure-by-Design-Prinzipien, Datenschutz und Compliance-Vorgaben konsequent umzusetzen.

Ihr Profil ##

- Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige, fundierte Praxis als Software Architect, Solution Architect, Lead Engineer oder Senior Software Engineer im Enterprise-Umfeld (vorzugsweise in der Finanz- oder Zahlungsverkehrsbranche).

- Technologischer Background: Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Java-Ekosystem (insbes. Spring Boot) sowie Erfahrung mit modernen Software- und Integrationsarchitekturen (Microservices, REST-APIs, Event-driven Architectures, Messaging via Kafka).

- Frontend & Infrastructure: Vertrautheit mit Container-Technologien, Cloud-Plattformen und CI/CD-Pipelines; Kenntnisse moderner Frontend-Frameworks (z. B. React) sind von Vorteil.

- Security & Compliance: Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Security, Secure-by-Design sowie regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen.

- Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, lösungsorientierte Mentaltität, Erfahrung im agilen Umfeld sowie Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Hierarchieebenen.

- Sprachen: Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
