Senior Solution Engineer / Technical Consultant (m/w/d) – Defence \& IT Infrastru

Job description:

  • Konzeption, Implementierung und technische Betreuung moderner Softwarelösungen im Defence\- und Militärumfeld
  • Deployment, Konfiguration und Integration containerisierter Anwendungen in komplexe IT\-Infrastrukturen
  • Technische Beratung militärischer Kunden sowie Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen
  • Analyse technischer Anforderungen und Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungsansätze in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Engineering\-Teams
  • Übernahme technischer Verantwortung sowie Unterstützung bei anspruchsvollen Infrastruktur\- und Support\-Themen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Softwareentwicklungs\- und Architekturteams

Für ein international etabliertes Softwareunternehmen im Bereich Defence Technology und sicherheitskritischer IT\-Systeme suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Solution Engineer / Technical Consultant (m/w/d), der moderne Softwarelösungen für den Schweizer Militär\- und Verteidigungssektor technisch begleitet und weiterentwickelt.

In dieser vielseitigen Position kombinierst du Hands\-on Engineering, IT\-Infrastruktur, technische Beratung und Solution Design. Du arbeitest eng mit militärischen Kunden und technischen Stakeholdern zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Implementierung und Integration komplexer Softwarelösungen.

Die Position bietet dir zudem die Perspektive, dich langfristig in Richtung Solution Architecture und Technical Leadership weiterzuentwickeln.

Requirements:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Solution Engineer, System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Technical Consultant oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Docker bzw. Container\-Technologien sowie Linux\- und Windows\-Umgebungen
  • Gutes Verständnis von IT\-Infrastruktur, Netzwerken, TCP/IP, DNS und Firewalls
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstechnologien wie Terraform, Ansible oder PowerShell
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenberatung, Systemintegration oder Umsetzung komplexer IT\-Projekte
  • Erfahrung im Defence\-, Militär\- oder sicherheitskritischen IT\-Umfeld ist besonders willkommen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Interesse an technischer Verantwortung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und/oder Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft, überwiegend vor Ort beim Kunden in Bern, Schweiz, zu arbeiten, sowie die Voraussetzungen für eine Schweizer Personensicherheitsprüfung (PSP) zu erfüllen
