Mit deinem technischen Verständnis und deiner Affinität zu BCM stärkst du die Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Widerstandsfähigkeit der von PostFinance bezogenen Dienstleistungen.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du planst, koordinierst und dokumentierst risikobasierte Security-Kontrollen und periodische Re-Assessments bei Drittparteien.
  • Du beurteilst Nachweise zu IT-Security, Cyber, IKT, Vulnerability Management, technischen Schutzmassnahmen, BCM und operationeller Resilienz.
  • Du analysierst unter anderem Penetrationstest-, Schwachstellen-, Zertifizierungs-, ISAE-, SOC- und weitere technische Assurance-Berichte.
  • Du bewertest technische Abweichungen und Findings, definierst gemeinsam mit den Fachstellen geeignete Massnahmen und stellst deren Nachverfolgung sicher.
  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung vertraglicher Security-Anforderungen und eskalierst wesentliche technische oder operationelle Risiken.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Kontroll-, Risiko- und Management-Reportings und unterstützt Revisions-, Audit- und Aufsichtsanfragen.
  • Du entwickelst Kontrollkatalog, Evidenzanforderungen, Bewertungslogik und Toolunterstützung gemeinsam mit den relevanten Security-Fachbereichen weiter.

Das bringst du mit

  • Höherer Abschluss in Cyber Security, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Security, Cyber Risk, IKT-Risikomanagement, Security Assurance, BCM oder Third Party Risk Management.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Bankenumfeld und kennst die wesentlichen regulatorischen Anforderungen an Informationssicherheit, operationelle Risiken und das Third Party Risk Management.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Security- und Risiko-Audits bei Drittparteien mit und kannst Feststellungen sowie daraus resultierende Massnahmen strukturiert beurteilen und nachverfolgen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse technischer Security-Kontrollen und etablierter Frameworks wie ISO 27001 oder NIST.
  • Erfahrung in der Beurteilung technischer Evidenzen, Schwachstellen, Auditberichte, Findings und Remediation-Massnahmen.
  • Gutes Verständnis von IKT-Resilienz, Business Continuity und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Finanzumfeld.
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte adressatengerecht und verbindlich auf Deutsch zu kommunizieren.
