Als Senior Specialist TPRM Security Monitoring mit Schwerpunkt Information Security und BCM stellst du die risikobasierte und nachweisbare Security-Überwachung unserer Drittparteien sicher. Du schaffst Transparenz über Informations-, Daten- und Resilienzrisiken und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherheit und operationellen Widerstandsfähigkeit von PostFinance.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du planst, koordinierst und dokumentierst risikobasierte Security-Kontrollen und periodische Re-Assessments bei Drittparteien.
  • Du beurteilst Informationssicherheits-, Datenschutz-, BCM- und Resilienznachweise sowie Zertifizierungen, ISAE-, SOC- und weitere Assurance-Berichte.
  • Du überprüfst die Wirksamkeit vertraglich vereinbarter Sicherheitsanforderungen und leitest aus Abweichungen konkrete Findings und Massnahmen ab.
  • Du steuerst das Remediation-Tracking, überwachst vereinbarte Fristen und eskalierst wesentliche oder nicht tragbare Risiken.
  • Du erstellst adressatengerechte Risiko-, Kontroll- und Management-Reportings und unterstützt Revisions-, Audit- und Aufsichtsanfragen.
  • Du entwickelst das Security Control & Monitoring Framework, die Evidenzanforderungen und die Bewertungslogik kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Information Security, BCM, operationeller Resilienz, Partnermanagement, Procurement, Legal und Risk Control zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Höherer Abschluss in Informationssicherheit, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Risk Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Information Security, Security Assurance, Audit, BCM, operationeller Resilienz oder Third Party Risk Management.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Bankenumfeld und kennst die wesentlichen regulatorischen Anforderungen an Informationssicherheit, operationelle Risiken und das Third Party Risk Management.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Security- und Risiko-Audits bei Drittparteien mit und kannst Feststellungen sowie daraus resultierende Massnahmen strukturiert beurteilen und nachverfolgen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Informationssicherheits- und Kontrollsystemen, insbesondere ISO 27001 sowie SOC- und ISAE-Berichten.
  • Erfahrung in der Beurteilung von Evidenzen, Kontrollabweichungen, Findings und risikoadäquaten Massnahmen.
  • Gutes Verständnis des regulierten Finanzumfelds und der Anforderungen an Drittparteien und Auslagerungen.
  • Analytische, strukturierte und risikoorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine klare und verbindliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
