Als Senior Specialist TPRM Security – Operations & Contracting bearbeitest du anspruchsvolle TPRM-Security-Fälle selbstverantwortlich über den gesamten Third-Party-Lifecycle. Du bringst Security-Anforderungen frühzeitig in Evaluationen und Verträge ein, führst unterschiedliche Interessen zusammen und stellst eine risikoadäquate und nachvollziehbare Vertragsüberbindung sicher.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du bearbeitest TPRM-Security-Fälle von RfI und RfP über die Security Due Diligence und KS-Einstufung bis zur Vertragsüberbindung und laufenden Betreuung.
  • Du koordinierst die fachliche Beurteilung mit Information Security, IT-Security/Cyber, IKT, BCM, operationeller Resilienz und weiteren Security-Fachbereichen.
  • Du bereitest den risikoadäquaten Security-Anhang vor und steuerst dessen Abstimmung mit Partnermanagement, Procurement, Legal und Risk Control.
  • Du begleitest Vertragsverhandlungen mit Drittparteien eigenständig und vertrittst die Security- und Resilienzanforderungen von PostFinance klar, pragmatisch und durchsetzungsstark.
  • Du beurteilst Vertragsabweichungen und Ausnahmen und erarbeitest Kompensationsmassnahmen, Risikovermerke und fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Du analysierst Zertifizierungen sowie ISAE-, SOC- und weitere Assurance-Berichte und dokumentierst die Security-Empfehlung für das Onboarding.
  • Du unterstützt laufende TPRM-Aufgaben, Audit- und Revisionsanfragen und entwickelst Prozesse, Templates, Security-Anhänge und Arbeitsinstrumente kontinuierlich weiter.

Das bringst du mit

  • Höherer Abschluss in Information Security, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Recht, Risk Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Bankenumfeld und kennst die wesentlichen regulatorischen Anforderungen an Informationssicherheit, operationelle Risiken und das Third Party Risk Management.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Security- und Risiko-Audits bei Drittparteien mit und kannst Feststellungen sowie daraus resultierende Massnahmen strukturiert beurteilen und nachverfolgen.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Third Party Risk Management, Security Due Diligence, Supplier Security oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
  • Breites Verständnis von Informationssicherheit, IT-Security, Cyber, IKT, BCM und operationeller Resilienz.
  • Erfahrung mit Security-Anforderungen in RfI-/RfP-Verfahren sowie mit Vertragsanhängen, Assurance-Berichten und risikobasierten Beurteilungen.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Security-Anforderungen gegenüber internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern überzeugend zu vertreten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
