Für unser Steuerteam suchen wir eine erfahrene und eigenständige Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung für eigene Mandate übernehmen und sich fachlich weiterentwickeln will, als... \\Senior Steuerberater/\\-in / Senior Client Tax Advisor (w/m/d) 80--100 %\\ \\Deine Aufgaben\\ Du betreust eigenverantwortlich ein Portfolio anspruchsvoller Privatkundinnen und \\-kunden, darunter Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer, vermögende Privatpersonen und Expats. Für sie bist du die erste Ansprechperson in allen Steuerfragen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Partner und dipl. Steuerexperten zusammen. Deine Hauptaufgaben sind: \* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines eigenen Portfolios von Privatkunden \* Erstellung und Prüfung anspruchsvoller Steuererklärungen inkl. interkantonaler und internationaler Steuerausscheidungen \* Proaktive Beratung und Steuerplanung, etwa zu Vorsorge, Liegenschaften, Zu\\- und Wegzug sowie Vermögensstrukturierung \* Prüfung von Veranlagungen, Beantwortung von Auflagen und Führung von Einspracheverfahren \* Begleitung unserer Kunden in allen Fragen zur Grundstückgewinnsteuer \* Je nach Erfahrung Mitarbeit bei Mehrwertsteuerfragen und Steuererklärungen juristischer Personen \* Fachliche Begleitung und Review der Arbeiten im Team \\Was wir erwarten\\ \* Fachperson in Treuhand und Beratung mit eidg. Fachausweis, Fachfrau/Fachmann im Finanz\\- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis oder gleichwertige Ausbildung ( Hochschulabschluss mit Vertiefung Steuern, CAS/MAS in Taxation) \* Idealerweise in Ausbildung zur dipl. Steuerexpertin/zum dipl. Steuerexperten oder mit entsprechender Absicht \* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Steuerberatung natürlicher Personen, davon mehrere Jahre in eigenständiger Mandatsführung in Treuhand, Beratung oder bei einer Steuerbehörde \* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einkommens\\- und Vermögenssteuerrecht sowie im interkantonalen und internationalen Steuerrecht \* Kenntnisse in der MWST oder bei juristischen Personen von Vorteil \* Du arbeitest selbständig, triffst fundierte Entscheide und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Mandate. Dabei erkennst du, wann eine Frage auf Expertenstufe gehört \* Hohes Mass an Sorgfalt und Diskretion sowie ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Behörden \* Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift \* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Steuersoftware ( Dr. Tax) \\Was wir bieten\\ \* Klare Entwicklungsperspektive bis zur Mandatsleitung im Steuerbereich \* Grosszügige finanzielle und zeitliche Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung zur dipl.
