Ihre Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Citrix Virtual Apps \& Desktops Plattform sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der Architektur und technischen Roadmap
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen und Performance\-Probleme im 3rd\-Level\-Support\-Umfeld
  • Mitarbeit in Infrastruktur\- und Modernisierungsprojekten rund um die Workplace\- und Virtualisierungslandschaft
  • Evaluierung neuer Technologien, Erstellung technischer Konzepte und Architekturen sowie Durchführung von Proof\-of\-Concepts
  • Automatisierung von Betriebs\- und Administrationsprozessen mittels PowerShell
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung technischer Verbesserungen
  • Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung hybrider Workplace\-Lösungen mit Fokus auf Citrix und Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Infrastruktur\-, Cloud\-, Security\- und Workplace\-Teams zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und modernen Arbeitsplatzumfelds
  • Übernahme technischer Verantwortung für den Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung und die Zukunftsfähigkeit der Citrix\-Plattform

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb von Citrix Virtual Apps \& Desktops Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung mit oder hohes Interesse an Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Sehr gute PowerShell\-Kenntnisse auf Senior\-Level sowie Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Infrastruktur\- und Betriebsprozessen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies und Virtualisierungstechnologien
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Behebung komplexer technischer Störungen im 3rd\-Level\-Support
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Designs und Lösungsarchitekturen
  • Strukturierte, nachhaltige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierte, kommunikative und hands\-on Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Citrix\-Zertifizierungen (CCA, CCP oder CCE) sind von Vorteil
