Tâches ##

  • Gérer et développer Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops de manière optimale.
  • Analyser et résoudre des incidents complexes au niveau 3.
  • Contribuer à des projets de Virtual Workplace et automatiser des tâches.

Compétences ##

  • Expérience significative en Citrix et idéalement des certificats.
  • Maîtrise de PowerShell et compétences en automatisation.
  • Connaissance de Microsoft AVD est un plus.

  • Exploitation et développement continu des Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops - stable, performant et orienté vers l-avenir
  • Analyse et résolution durable des incidents complexes au niveau 3rd-level
  • Participation à des projets Virtual Workplace ainsi que création de concepts techniques et de Proof of Concepts
  • Automatisation des tâches récurrentes via PowerShell pour réduire les processus manuels
  • Contribution active à la conception et au développement de la plateforme Virtual Workplace
  • Soutien ponctuel dans le domaine de Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

Ce que tu apportes : ###

  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans l-ingénierie des Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops au niveau 3rd-level (idéalement avec des certifications Citrix)
  • Connaissances en Microsoft AVD un plus
  • Expérience solide avec PowerShell et l-automatisation
  • Méthode de travail structurée, orientée solution et autonome
  • Fort sens de la qualité ainsi que pensée orientée client
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand ainsi que bonnes connaissances en anglais
