Was du bei uns machst

  • Kundenumgebungen betreuen und weiterentwickeln: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Citrix und Netzwerk, vom Betrieb bis zur Absicherung.
  • Projekte von A bis Z: Cloud\- und Servermigrationen, Citrix\-Umgebungen sowie Telefonie und UCC mit Wildix, von der Planung bis zur Übergabe.
  • Support auf allen Levels: Von der schnellen Hilfe am Telefon bis zur kniffligen Fehleranalyse. Genau dort entsteht Vertrauen.
  • Auf Augenhöhe beraten: Du erkennst, was ein Kunde wirklich braucht, und nicht nur, was er bestellt.
  • Automatisieren: Du sorgst dafür, dass wiederkehrende Arbeit nicht wiederkehrend bleibt.
  • Mitgestalten: Du bringst Ideen ein, wie wir unsere eigenen Prozesse und Plattformen besser machen.

Was du mitbringst

  • Eine IT\-Grundausbildung (Informatiker/in EFZ, HF, FH oder Uni) und 5\-10 Jahre Erfahrung als System Engineer, idealerweise bei einem IT\-Dienstleister. Gleichwertige Praxis zählt genauso.
  • Du bist sattelfest in Microsoft 365 und Windows Server und hast solide Grundlagen in Netzwerk und Security.
  • Du kennst den Alltag zwischen Projektarbeit und dringendem Ticket und behältst dabei den Überblick.
  • Du redest gern mit Menschen und erklärst Technik so, dass man sie versteht.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung, auch wenn niemand danebensteht, und hakst nach, bis etwas wirklich erledigt ist.
  • Du verstehst Schweizerdeutsch und sprichst sehr gut Deutsch. Englisch und ösisch sind ein Plus.Citrix\- oder Wildix\-Erfahrung? Super. Wenn nicht, lernst du es bei uns.
