Per una realtà dinamica e in crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un/una SEO Specialist da inserire all’interno del team. La persona avrà un ruolo operativo e strategico nella definizione e implementazione di strategie SEO per clienti, con l’obiettivo di migliorare il posizionamento organico, aumentare il traffico qualificato e contribuire concretamente alla crescita del business. ​ - Responsabilità - Definizione e implementazione di strategie SEO per clienti appartenenti a diversi settori. - Svolgimento di keyword research e analisi delle opportunità di posizionamento. - Realizzazione di SEO audit tecnici e dei contenuti. - Ottimizzazione degli elementi on-page e off-page dei siti web. - Analisi della struttura, dei contenuti e delle performance dei siti. - Gestione autonoma dei progetti SEO e coordinamento con team interni e collaboratori esterni. - Monitoraggio delle performance attraverso strumenti di web analytics e SEO. - Preparazione e condivisione di report e aggiornamenti sui risultati ottenuti. - Gestione della relazione con il cliente, direttamente o in collaborazione con l'Account Manager. - Monitoraggio costante delle evoluzioni degli algoritmi e delle linee guida dei principali motori di ricerca. - Sviluppo e aggiornamento delle competenze relative alla ricerca basata sull'intelligenza artificiale, alla ricerca conversazionale e alle nuove opportunità di visibilità generate dall'AI. - Requisiti - Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ambito SEO. - Solida conoscenza delle principali tecniche di Technical SEO, On-page SEO e Off-page SEO. - Esperienza nella realizzazione di keyword research e SEO audit. - Buona conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi SEO e web analytics, quali Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog o equivalenti.
