Nous avons une opportunité unique pour vous ! Pour répondre aux besoins de notre client, nous sommes à la recherche d'un:

Sertisseur Baguette invisible \[H/F/X\]

Responsabilités

  • Réaliser de manière autonome le sertissage invisible baguette sur des composants de haute horlogerie (carrures, lunettes, mailles de bracelet, cadrans et autres éléments précieux).
  • Assurer la préparation, l-ajustage et le montage des pierres selon les exigences techniques et esthétiques propres au serti invisible.
  • Garantir un alignement parfait, une régularité irréprochable et une qualité de finition conforme aux standards de la Haute Horlogerie.
  • Contrôler la qualité visuelle et technique des composants sertis tout au long du processus de fabrication.
  • Identifier et anticiper les éventuelles contraintes techniques liées aux composants et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les ateliers de préparation, de terminaison manuelle et le contrôle qualité.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes et procédés de sertissage.

Profil

  • CFC de sertisseur, formation équivalente ou expérience significative dans le sertissage de haute précision.
  • Expérience confirmée et maîtrise du serti invisible baguette, avec une parfaite autonomie dans la réalisation de composants complexes en haute-horlogerie.
  • Excellente connaissance des pierres précieuses, en particulier des diamants baguette.
  • Très grande dextérité, précision et sens du détail.
  • Capacité à travailler sur des pièces à très forte valeur ajoutée dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens des responsabilités et engagement envers l-excellence.
  • Esprit d-équipe et aptitude à collaborer avec différents métiers de la Haute Horlogerie.
