Das Novotel Bern Expo ist ein modernes 4-Sterne-Businesshotel mit 112 komfortablen Zimmern. Die GourmetBar by Novotel mit Restaurant, Bar und unserem einzigartigen TUBBO Terrassenkonzept bietet bis zu 200 Plätze und empfängt lokale, nationale und internationale Gäste.

Unsere Conferencing- und Seminar-Infrastruktur umfasst neun teilweise modulierbare Seminarräume mit einer Gesamtfläche von 318 m². Sie bietet Platz für Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 200 Personen. Seminare, Konferenzen, Cocktail-Events, Empfänge und weitere Veranstaltungen gehören zu unserem täglichen Geschäft.

Auch der grösste Adventure Room von Bern, «Speakeasy», ist bei uns zu Hause.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Restaurant- und Barteams im Novotel suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Service- und Barmitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) Aushilfe im Teilzeitpensum

Deine Rolle: • Du begrüsst und betreust unsere Gäste freundlich und professionell • Du führst selbstständig deine eigene Servicestation inklusive Inkasso • Du arbeitest sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Bar • Du berätst unsere Gäste kompetent zu Speisen, Getränken und unserem Angebot • Du bereitest Getränke zu und sorgst für einen professionellen Service • Du behältst auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen den Überblick • Du unterstützt das Team bei allen anfallenden Arbeiten und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf bei

Du passt zu uns, wenn du • bereits Erfahrung im Service oder an der Bar mitbringst • Freude am Gästekontakt und an der aktiven Beratung hast • selbstständig eine Servicestation führen kannst • sicher, freundlich und zuverlässig auftrittst • gerne im Team arbeitest und gleichzeitig selbstständig Verantwortung übernimmst • strukturiert arbeitest und auch in hektischen Situationen ruhig bleibst • Wert auf Qualität, Sauberkeit und einen professionellen Service legst • zeitlich flexibel bist und regelmässig am Abend eingesetzt werden kannst
