Service Owner (w/m/d) =====================

In deiner Mission blühst du auf, mit:

  • Verantwortung für verschiedene gemanagte Services und Sicherstellung, dass diese den Bedürfnissen und Qualitätsansprüchen unserer Kunden, des Marktes und der Organisation entsprechen
  • Mitentwicklung und Sicherstellung der prozessbasierten Service\-Erbringung in Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen und administrativen Delivery Einheiten
  • Durchführung von Service\-Reviews zur Sicherstellung der Qualität und Rentabilität der betreuten Services
  • Entwicklung neuer Services in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Portfolio Management
  • Erstellung von Service\-Kalkulationen und Pflege des Service Katalogs
  • Bereitstellen von spezifischen Service\-Agreements, Angebots\- und Präsentationsvorlagen
  • Interne Beratung von \-Engineers, Projektleitern und Bid Managern

Deine Skills? Mehr als interessant:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Informatik, bevorzugt im Managed Services Provider Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der als Product Manager ICT und eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung in der IT\-Architektur, Konzeptentwicklung und Anforderungserfassung
  • Kenntnisse von ITIL4 und YASM, sowie agiler Vorgehensweise von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und Freude daran sich in neue Themenfeldern einzuarbeiten und sich stetig weiterzubilden
  • Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Die Fähigkeit Visionen und Ziele zu entwickeln, Stakeholder zu überzeugen und dafür zu begeistern
  • Eigenmotivation und Durchsetzungsstärke mit dem nötigen Fingerspitzengefühl
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
