Arbeitsort Reinach BL / Kirchberg BE Arbeitsbeginn per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Hauptaufgaben \* Du führst periodische Feldbegleitungen der Mitarbeiter durch, um die Arbeitsweise zu kontrollieren (Audit\\-Kontrollen), Supporterteilungen ( Handhabung „Mobile Bridge"/elektronische Datenerfassung) zu leisten, sowie Lager\\- und Fahrzeugkontrollen durchzuführen und die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften zu überwachen. \* Du passt die strategische Tourenplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operation Center an und optimierst sie. \* Du analysierst Statistiken und Reportings und leitest ggf. Massnahmen ein ( Quality\\-Audit und Entwicklung der teamspezifischen KPI's). \* Du leitest Projekte und wirkst bei Projekten mit (Prozesseinführungen, Prozessoptimierungen, Einführung neuer Maschinen, etc.). \* Du übernimmst eine Schnittstellen\\-Funktion zu anderen Abteilungen wie Procurement, Client Solution, Operation Center, etc. \* Du betreust Kunden, bist die Ansprechperson im Servicebereich, führst vor Ort Besuche durch und arbeitest kundenspezifische Lösungen aus. \* Du erledigst diverse allgemeine administrative Arbeiten. Ausbildung \* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Detailhandel oder Gastgewerbe oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Profil \* Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich, insbesondere in der Lebensmittelbranche, und hast mehrjährige Führungserfahrung. \* Du besitzt den Führerausweis Kat. B (Handschaltung). \* Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Französisch; Englisch ist von Vorteil. \* Du hast sehr gute PC\\-Anwenderkenntnisse. \* Du bist kommunikativ, verhandlungssicher und hast Projekterfahrung. \* Du bist belastbar sowie konflikt\\- und kritikfähig, besitzt Einfühlungs\\- und Durchsetzungsvermögen und bist organisatorisch und planerisch begabt. \* Du denkst vernetzt und hast Freude sowie Flair im Umgang mit Menschen. \* Du verfügst über ein betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis in den Bereichen Retail, Vending und Gastronomie.
