The posting

Die Ueli der Beck AG ist ein Familienunternehmen, welches im Jahr 1982 gegründet wurde. Die Produktion und das Hauptgeschäft mit dem dazugehörenden „Kafi Gipfel“ befinden sich in Urtenen-Schönbühl. Von hier aus beliefern wir unsere Filialen in Zollikofen und Urtenen, sowie diverse Engros-Kunden in der Region.

In unserem Tea-Room servieren wir Brunch, Tages- und à la carte Menus sowie viele Spezialitäten aus unserer Bäckerei. Wir bieten Platz für 70 – 100 Personen.

Hauptaufgaben

Verantwortung • Kompetente und freundliche Betreuung der Gäste • Verantwortung für die Buffetordnung • Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen • Reinigung Kafi, Buffet, Küche • Fachkundige Bedienung & Beratung der Kundschaft • Wareneingangskontrolle • Teiglinge backen • Reinigung

Personalführung im Kafi • Personalentwicklung • Information • Förderungsmassnahmen für gutes Arbeitsklima

Qualitätssicherung • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften

Beziehung zu anderen Stellen Zusammenarbeit mit Verkaufsleitung Schönbühl, Geschäftsleitung, Küchenchef.. Der Stelleninhaber hat die Zusammenarbeit seines Bereiches mit den anderen Stellen des Unternehmens so zu gestalten, dass der Informationsfluss jederzeit reibungslos funktioniert und insgesamt eine gute Zusammenarbeit gewährleistet ist.

Kompetenzen • Bestellung von Rohmaterialien und Verbrauchsmaterial • Überstunden anordnen • Personalentscheide in Absprache mit der Geschäftsführung (Neue Stellen, Kündigungen, Verwarnungen)
