Wer wir sind Die Suteria ist weit über Olten hinaus bekannt für Handwerkskunst und Genuss – vom legendären Solothurner Torte bis hin zu feinsten Schokoladenkreationen. Bei uns erwartet dich ein herzliches Team und ein Arbeitsplatz direkt an der Hauptgasse.

Dein Job bei uns • Gastgeber:in aus Leidenschaft: Du bedienst unsere Gäste im Café-Bereich und sorgst für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. • Verkaufstalent: Du berätst unsere Kunden kompetent an der Ladentheke und verkaufst unsere Premium-Produkte (Pralinen, Patisserie und süssen Spezialitäten). • Allrounder:in: Du hilfst mit, dass unser Laden und das Café immer top aussehen (Auffüllen, leichte Reinigungsarbeiten). • Tagesbetrieb: Keine Nachtschichten! Wir haben familienfreundliche Öffnungszeiten (Di–Fr 8.00 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr, Sa bis 17:00 Uhr, So von 9.00 Uhr bis 16.00).

Das bringst du mit • Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und ein gewinnendes Auftreten. • Erfahrung & Leidenschaft im Service oder Verkauf (idealerweise Gastronomie/Detailhandel) ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – deine Einstellung zählt! • Du bist zuverlässig und flexibel einsetzbar an 2-3 Tagen pro Woche. • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Beratung unserer Kundschaft.
