Wir sind ein spezialisierter Personaldienstleister, welcher seit 2008 massgeschneiderte Mitarbeiter/innen für unsere Kunden aus der ganzen Nordwestschweiz rekrutiert. Für eine familiär geführte, etablierte Autogarage in der Region Basel mit breitem Markenportfolio suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als: Serviceberater/in 80\-100% (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben Freundliche und kompetente Beratung der Kundschaft bei Service\- und Reparaturaufträgen Aufnahme und Koordination von Kundenanfragen sowie Terminplanung für Werkstattaufträge Erstellung und Erläuterung von Kostenvoranschlägen, Abstimmung von Reparaturen mit den Kunden Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Werkstattteam zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Serviceangeboten und Prozessen Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle Kommunikation Dein Profil Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Automobilbereich Erfahrung im Kundendienst einer Garage und technisches Verständnis für verschiedene Marken Freude am Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Das erwartet dich Eine familiäre Arbeitsatmosphäre in einem eingespielten Team Vielseitige Aufgaben mit Raum für Eigeninitiative und Weiterentwicklung Attraktive Vergütung und zusätzliche Benefits Möglichkeiten zur Fortbildung im Bereich Automobiltechnik und Kundenservice Du bist serviceorientiert, kommunikativ und willst Teil eines starken Teams werden?
