  • Betreuung der Fahrzeugannahme inkl. Direktannahme
  • Bestimmen von Reparaturumfängen
  • Auftragsvorbereitung und Terminabstimmung zwischen Werkstatt und Kunden
  • Planung und Koordination von Arbeitsaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Fakturierung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Dienstleistungen und Porsche Zubehör
  • Positive Beeinflussung der Kundenzufriedenheit

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Automechaniker/in und Weiterbildung zum/zur Kundendienstberater/in * Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Kundendienstberater in der Automobilbranche * Idealerweise Kenntnisse von Porsche\-Fahrzeugen * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office * Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und gute Umgangsformen * Gute Englischkenntnisse, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil * Hohe Team\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Warum Sie zu uns passen * Weil Sie Technik verstehen und Menschen begeistern können. * Weil Sie nicht nur Aufträge annehmen, sondern Lösungen schaffen. * Und weil Sie Freude daran haben, aus jedem Werkstattbesuch ein positives Kundenerlebnis zu machen.
