Servicefachperson 60 \- 80% ===========================

Wir bieten älteren Menschen ein sicheres und komfortables Zuhause – mitten im Herzen von Ittigen. Unsere Residenz umfasst 121 Wohnungen sowie eine Pflegeabteilung mit 26 Einzelzimmern. Im Mittelpunkt unserer Arbeit stehen Wertschätzung, Menschlichkeit und ein respektvoller Umgang. Zur Residenz gehört zudem das öffentliche A\-la\-Carte Restaurant „Arcadia“ mit Terrasse und insgesamt 120 Sitzplätzen. Im Bewohner\-Restaurant „Ittigen Saal“ als auch in separatem Bewohner\-Restaurant der Pflegeabteilung wird für ca. 150 Bewohner/\-innen täglich Mittag\- und Abendessen mit Auswahlmöglichkeit serviert. Ebenso verfügt die Residenz über Seminar\- und Banketträumlichkeiten bis zu 120 Personen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres sympathischen Serviceteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und innovative Restaurationsfachperson 60 \- 80%.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Qualifizierter Service im à la carte Restaurant Arcadia und im Bewohnerrestaurant „Ittigen Saal“
  • Unterstützung bei Banketten, Events und Sonderanlässen
  • Verantwortlichkeit über die eigene Servicestation und Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Einhalten der Hygiene\- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Verantwortung der Gästebetreuung
  • Mitwirken an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceprozesse

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Servicefachperson
  • Erfahrung und Professionalität in der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und viel Engagement
  • Speditive Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Betreuung unserer Gäste mit Herzlichkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen, vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich betreutes Wohnen
  • Flexibilität für kurzfristige Einsätze und variablen Arbeitszeiten
