Die TAKEOVER Gastro GmbH ist ein junges, aufstrebendes Gastronomieunternehmen aus der Region Schwyz. Wir stehen für moderne Gastronomie, frische Produkte, kreative Gerichte und ein unkompliziertes, hochwertiges Gastronomieerlebnis.

Mit unserem neuen Restaurant in Brunnen schaffen wir einen Ort, an dem Genuss, Gastfreundschaft und eine angenehme Atmosphäre im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Für die Neueröffnung suchen wir freundliche, motivierte und zuverlässige Servicemitarbeitende, die Freude am Umgang mit Menschen haben und gemeinsam mit uns ein neues Restaurant aufbauen möchten.

Deine Aufgaben: - Herzliche Begrüssung, Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste - Aufnahme von Bestellungen sowie Servieren von Speisen und Getränken - Sicherstellung eines freundlichen, aufmerksamen und professionellen Gästeservices - Vorbereitung und Pflege des Gastraums sowie der Tische - Bedienung des Kassensystems und Abwicklung von Zahlungen - Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des täglichen Restaurantbetriebs - Einhaltung der Hygiene-, Sauberkeits- und Qualitätsstandards - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchen- und Serviceteam - Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres neuen Restaurants

Dein Profil: - Erfahrung im Service oder in der Gastronomie von Vorteil - Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gastgewerbe ist willkommen, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich - Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung - Freundliches, gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten - Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise - Belastbarkeit und Überblick, auch wenn es einmal hektisch wird - Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft - Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen - Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenendeinsätzen
