Servicemitarbeiter mit der Stellvertretenden Verantwortung eines Betriebsassistenten Jobbeschreibung

* Verantwortung für den operativen Ablauf der Gastronomie, aktive Mitarbeit im Service * Vorbereitung von Banketten und Aperitifs * Aufbau und Pflege der Büffets, Essen den Gästen schöpfen * An der Kasse während des Mittags aushelfen * Aktive Präsenz im Gästebereich: Sie sorgen für Begeisterung, übernimmst Reklamationsmanagement und setzt Feedback konstruktiv um * Administrative Aufgaben, wie Catering Offerten versenden, Debitoren und Kreditoren versenden und kontrollieren * Verantwortung für das Reinigungs\- und Hygienekonzept nach HACCP * Mithilfe bei der Mitarbeiterführung und Entwicklung Gesuchtes Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Service und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, sowie in der gehobenen Gastronomie, sowie im Catering Bereich * Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie wird erwartet * Erfahrung mit diversen Administrativen Tätigkeiten sollte man mitbringen, im Bereich Debitoren und Catering Offerten erstellen und versenden * Führungserfahrung wird vorrausgesetzt * Deutschkenntnisse Fliessend ( Muttersprache), Englisch und ösisch von Vorteil * Kommunikationsstark, Teamorientiert und Servicebegeistert * Strukturierte, Selbstständige und Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Wir bieten: * Attraktive Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Donnerstag, im Zeitraum von 6\.00 bis 16\.00 je nach Auslastung und Buchungen * Es kann zu Abendeinsätzen kommen * Wochenenden und Feiertage frei * Parkplatz kann gemietet werden vor Ort * Gute Sozialleistungen und eine sehr gute Pensionskassenlösung * Weiterbildungs\- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, z.
