In unserer On\-Premise\-Umgebung kannst du zusätzlich auch dein Knowhow mit Datenbanken und Linux einbringen. Dich erwartet ein vielfältiges und abwechslungsreiches Umfeld. In einem kleinen, agilen Team von Spezialisten arbeitest du als ServiceNow Engineer. Du analysierst Anforderungen und Problemstellungen, arbeitest an der Lösungsfindung und setzt diese im Team um.

Was dich begeistert

  • Du definierst und implementierst Stories auf Basis betrieblicher Anforderungen und Projekte
  • Du erstellst Workflows sowie Integrationen und arbeitest sowohl mit internen Fachteams als auch Kunden eng zusammen
  • Du stellst den sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb der ServiceNow On\-Premise\-Plattform sicher und führst Upgrades, Clones sowie Weiterentwicklungen durch
  • Du unterstützt unsere ServiceNow Anwender im 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level\-Support
  • Du arbeitest bei grösseren Projekten eng mit unseren Implementierungspartnern zusammen

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als ServiceNow Administrator und Entwickler. Idealerweise besitzt du eine CSA\-Zertifizierung oder weitere ServiceNow\-Zertifikate und verfügst über eine fundierte Informatikausbildung
  • Du kennst dich mit ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM/Discovery, Integrationen (REST, LDAP, SSO, MID Server) sowie Automatisierungen mit Flow Designer und Workflows aus
  • Du bringst fundierte JavaScript\-Kenntnisse mit; Kenntnisse in Bash, PowerShell und SQL sind von Vorteil
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits eine Migration von ServiceNow On\-Premise in die Cloud (SaaS) aktiv begleitet und konntest erste Erfahrungen mit Ansible, Terraform oder Microsoft Azure sammeln. Kenntnisse in MariaDB sind von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest kundenorientiert, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst, bist ein Teamplayer und eignest dir gerne neues Wissen an, das du gezielt einsetzt
