Deine Aufgaben --------------

Verkauf & Kundenberatung

  • Herzlicher Empfang und proaktive Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Kompetente Beratung zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Finden passender Lösungen
  • Verkauf von Geräten, Abonnements und Zusatzprodukten
  • Attraktive Präsentation von Produkten und Services im Shop
  • Mitgestaltung und Einbringen von Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Shop-Erlebnisses

Logistik & Administration

  • Kontrolle neuer Lieferungen hinsichtlich Qualität und Menge
  • Bearbeitung von Warenrücksendungen
  • Entgegennahme reparierter Geräte und Vorbereitung zur Kundenausgabe
  • Information der Kunden über die Abholbereitschaft ihrer Geräte
  • Unterstützung bei Inventuren

Dein Profil: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (EFZ/EBA) im Verkaufs-, Detailhandels- oder Dienstleistungsumfeld - Freude am Verkauf und am täglichen Kundenkontakt - Interesse an Telekommunikation, Smartphones und neuen Technologien - Grundkenntnisse in Office-, Apple- und Android-Produkten - Kommunikationsstarke und sympathische Persönlichkeit - Teamplayer mit gepflegtem Auftreten und einwandfreiem Leumund - Erfahrung in der Telekommunikations- oder Consumer-Electronics-Branche von Vorteil
