Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Redaktionelle Verantwortung und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle, insbesondere Instagram und LinkedIn
  • Konzeption, Planung und Erstellung von Content vorwiegend für Social Media, aber auch für Website, Intranet, Printprodukte und Mailings
  • Produktion von Foto- und Videocontent - von der Aufnahme bis zur Bearbeitung - inklusive Einsatz von Kamera-, Audio-, Licht- und Drohnentechnik
  • Community Management sowie Beobachtung aktueller Social-Media-Trends und Entwicklungen
  • Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Corporate-Influencer-Programms
  • Betreuung und Pflege unseres Digital Asset Management-Systems (DAM)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorgaben, insbesondere im Datenschutz und Medienrecht

Ihr Profil ###

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Social Media Management, Content Marketing oder in einer Agentur
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign etc.) oder vergleichbaren Programmen zur Bild- und Videobearbeitung
  • Erfahrung in der Produktion von Foto- und Videocontent, idealerweise auch mit Drohnentechnik
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Trends, Bildsprache, Storytelling und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
  • Kreative Ideen, konzeptionelles Denken und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse im Medien-, Urheber- und Datenschutzrecht sind von Vorteil
