Software Project Manager Intralogistik 80 - 100% (m/w/d) #

Sie sind eine kommunikative, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer Informatik- oder Software-Ausbildung? Sie haben Erfahrung in der Leitung von Software-Projekten in der Intralogistik und kennen WMS/WCS/MFS-Lösungen aus der Praxis? Wir suchen einen Teamplayer, der Prioritäten setzt, Verantwortung übernimmt und Kundenprojekte sicher zum Erfolg führt.

Was Sie bei uns bewegen

  • Sie leiten Software-Projekte für intralogistische Systeme und tragen die Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Ressourcen
  • Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden in allen Software-, Prozess- und Projektthemen, vom Projektstart bis zur Endabnahme
  • Sie verifizieren gemeinsam mit Kunden und Fachbereichen die Anforderungen, finalisieren das Lösungskonzept und überführen diese in eine realistische Projektplanung mit klaren Meilensteinen
  • Sie steuern und koordinieren die Software-Entwicklung Projektteams, und stellen den interdisziplinären Austausch zu den anderen Teams der Elektro/Mechanik, Inbetriebnahme sowie Integration sicher
  • Sie behalten Risiken, Änderungswünsche und Budget im Blick, steuern aktiv gegen und berichten transparent an Kunde und Management
  • Mit einem ergebnisorientierten Projektmanagement sorgen Sie für eine reibungslose und termingerechte Abnahme der Meilensteine und der Systeme

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Eine technische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung zum Informatik-, Elektro- oder Maschineningenieur FH/ETH/TU/HF oder mit gleichwertiger Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Software-Projekten, vorzugsweise in der Intralogistik oder Automatisierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Intralogistikprozessen und Automationslösungen sowie von WMS/WCS/MFS-Systemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden, klassisch wie agil
  • Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Kunden und interdisziplinäre Teams sicher zu führen
  • Die Bereitschaft für Einsätze bei Kunden im internationalen Umfeld
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus
