Stellenbeschreibung

  • Leitung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Software\-Einführungs\- und Migrationsprojekten im Bildungsumfeld
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Qualität, Kundenzufriedenheit und wirtschaftlichen Projekterfolg
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Schulen, Schulverwaltungen und weiteren öffentlichen Institutionen bei der Einführung moderner Softwarelösungen
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Spezifikation von Kundenanforderungen sowie Erstellung von Konzepten und Umsetzungsszenarien
  • Planung und Durchführung von Datenmigrationen sowie Parametrierung und Konfiguration der Softwarelösung
  • Durchführung von Tests sowie Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Inbetriebnahme
  • Schulung von Anwender:innen und Administrator:innen
  • Steuerung und Koordination verschiedener Anspruchsgruppen auf Kunden\- und Unternehmensseite
  • Professioneller Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen sowie transparente Kommunikation bei Änderungen, Verzögerungen oder neuen Anforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Applikationsmanager:innen und technischen Spezialist:innen bei komplexeren technischen Fragestellungen

Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Software\- oder IT\-Projekten
  • Technischer Background, idealerweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Freude daran, Projekte nicht nur zu steuern, sondern auch operativ und technisch mitzugestalten
  • Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Datenmigration, Softwareeinführung, Customizing, Testing oder Prozessanalyse
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie sicheres Auftreten in anspruchsvollen Kundensituationen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Bildungswesens oder der öffentlichen Verwaltung sind von Vorteil
  • Alternativ Interesse und Verständnis für Schulorganisationen, Schulverwaltungen und deren Prozesse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch
