Ihre Aufgaben

* Als Test Lead in Projekten: + Sie analysieren User Stories und Anforderungen + Sie erstellen Testkonzept, Testsets und Testfälle + Sie führen die Testfälle durch und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse + Sie definieren den benötigten Regressionsumfang + Sie arbeiten sehr eng mit den Business Analysts und der Test\-Automatisierung zusammen * Als Betriebsaktivitäten führen Sie Redesign von Testsets und manuelle Regressionstestfälle durch

Ihr Profil

Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste IT\- und Projekterfahrungen mit und verfügen über ein grundlegendes Verständnis der Bankbranche. Sie bringen eine ausgeprägte Team\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit und können sich effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern austauschen. Kritisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie Flexibilität bei wechselnden Anforderungen, Technologien und Testmethoden zeichnen Sie aus. Weitere Vorteile sind Test\-Zertifizierungen (ISTQB CTFL), Erfahrungen mit unterschiedlichen Test\-Tools sowie Kenntnisse der AVALOQ Kernbankensoftware. Sie verfügen über gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist von Vorteil.
