Einleitung

Für einen vielseitigen Gastronomiebetrieb mit Restaurantbetrieb und grossem Event- und Bankettgeschäft wird eine Schlüsselposition in der Küche besetzt. Das Umfeld verbindet à la carte Küche mit Veranstaltungen in unterschiedlichsten Dimensionen und hohem Qualitätsanspruch. Gesucht wird eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt und das kulinarische Angebot aktiv mitprägt.

Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Küchenorganisation und stellst gemeinsam mit der Küchenleitung den reibungslosen Ablauf sicher
  • Du entwickelst das kulinarische Angebot aktiv weiter und bringst neue Ideen und Trends in die Küchenlinie ein
  • Du arbeitest operativ im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Banketten und sorgst für konstant hohe Qualität
  • Du führst das Team im Alltag, unterstützt Lernende und stärkst die Zusammenarbeit in der Küche
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Produktionsabläufe effizient und sauber umgesetzt werden
  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards und setzt diese konsequent um

Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ (m/w/d)
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder bist bereit für den nächsten Schritt
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsverständnis und Freude an kreativer Küche mit
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung und denkst im Küchenalltag aktiv mit
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine klare Kommunikation
