Einleitung

Für einen vielseitigen Gastronomiebetrieb mit Schwerpunkt Sommerterrasse, Events und Bankettgeschäft wird eine Schlüsselposition in der Küchenorganisation besetzt.

Die Funktion verbindet operative Küchenarbeit mit Führungsverantwortung und aktiver Mitgestaltung des Angebots.

Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die Organisationstalent, Führungsstärke und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Produktionen mitbringt.

Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt die Küchenleitung in der Führung und Organisation des gesamten Küchenbereichs
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Bankette, Veranstaltungen und Caterings unterschiedlichster Grössenordnung
  • Du führst das Küchenteam während den Servicezeiten und stellst eine professionelle Umsetzung aller Abläufe sicher
  • Du entwickelst Menüvorschläge und bringst eigene Ideen in die Angebotsgestaltung ein
  • Du verantwortest Warenbestellungen, Lagerbewirtschaftung sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der Produktion mit und stellst eine konstant hohe Qualität aller Speisen sicher

Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie erste Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im à la carte-, Event- und Bankettbereich mit
  • Du arbeitest organisiert, selbstständig und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du überzeugst mit Führungsstärke, Teamgeist und einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse und arbeitest sicher mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
