Dans plus de 200 établissements en Suisse, les collaborateurs de ZFV répondent aux besoins des clients et des hôtes. Les domaines d'activité comprennent les restaurants, les réfectoires, les restaurants du personnel, les hôtels, les solutions de restauration mobiles, les caterings, les boulangeries et les crèches. Le restaurant de la RTS à Ecublens, géré par ZFV depuis janvier 2026, est ouvert cinq jours sur sept, de 7 h 30 à 16 h 30. L'établissement dispose de 200 places assises et sert environ 180 repas par jour. L'équipe est composée de quatre personnes. Chaque jour, le restaurant propose trois menus différents et variés, ainsi qu'un buffet de salades, des desserts et des snacks. Un service de catering pour les événements est également proposé sur demande.

Es-tu notre nouveau membre d'équipe en Suisse romande, qui va nous aider en tant que Sous-chef de cuisine? Horaire de travail de lundi à vendredi entre 6h00 est 16h00 et événements spéciaux. A partir du 01 novembre 2026.

Profil du poste: ----------------

  • Remplacement du gérant lors de ses absences
  • Gestion de l'équipe de cuisine
  • Production des mets chauds et froids
  • Service des repas, présentation du free flow, front cooking Mise en place, en duo avec le chef, de nouvelles recettes et de l'offre catering
  • Service catering et prestations complémentaires
  • Mise en place et suivi des standards de qualité selon les di-rectives de l'entreprise
  • Contrôle et respect des directives HACCP, de la sécurité au tra-vail et de l'environnement
  • Diverses tâches administratives : commandes, gestion des stocks, inventaires, etc.

  • Formation de base de Cuisinier CFC ou formation de base en gas-tronomie CFC avec formation
