Einleitung

Küche mit Verantwortung, Qualität mit System: In dieser Position trifft kreative Kulinarik auf klare Abläufe und echte Führungsverantwortung. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Fachkraft, die gerne selbst am Herd steht, Standards konsequent umsetzt und bei Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs die operative Verantwortung übernimmt.

Aufgaben

  • Zubereitung und Ausgabe hochwertiger Speisen mit Fokus auf Geschmack, Qualität und Präsentation
  • Selbstständige Führung eines eigenen Küchenpostens
  • Planung und Organisation der täglichen Mise en Place
  • Sicherstellung eines strukturierten und effizienten Küchenablaufs
  • Stellvertretung des Küchenchefs bei dessen Abwesenheit
  • Führung, Unterstützung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden in der Küche
  • Mitwirkung bei Menüplanung und kulinarischer Weiterentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei Warenbestellungen und wirtschaftlicher Küchenführung
  • Kontrolle und Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und HACCP-Vorgaben
  • Sorgfältiger und fachgerechter Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, Geräten und Betriebsmaterialien
  • Teilnahme an relevanten Meetings und Abstimmungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch oder Köchin, idealerweise mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination eines Küchenteams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Küchenabläufen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Hygienevorschriften und HACCP-Grundlagen
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität auch während intensiver Servicezeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude an saisonaler, moderner und hochwertiger Küche
