Das Universitäts-Kinderspital beider Basel (UKBB) ist das universitäre Kompetenzzentrum für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin sowie für Lehre und Forschung in der Nordwestschweiz. Für unsere Abteilung Sozialberatung / Care Management suchen wir per 01.01.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Sozialarbeiter\*in. Eintrittsdatum: per 01.01.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Informieren, beraten und unterstützen von Patientenfamilien in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Beratung von Patientenfamilien in diversen Angelegenheiten (Sozialversicherungen, Familien- und Zivilrecht, Entlastungsangebote, Kontakte mit Arbeitgebern, finanzielle Fragestellungen)
  • Vernetzung der Patientenfamilien mit externen Fachstellen
  • Unterstützung des Teams der Sozialberatung in allen Aufgabenbereichen
  • Mitarbeit in der Kinderschutzgruppe UKBB
  • Mitarbeit im Care Team UKBB. Eine entsprechende Fortbildung ist erforderlich und kann bei Bedarf absolviert werden.

Ihr Profil ###

  • Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit HF/FH
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung, eventuell in klinischer Sozialarbeit
  • Flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit positiver Grundhaltung und freundlichen Umgangsformen
  • Strukturierte Fachperson mit hoher Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz sowie vernetztem Denken
  • Freundlicher Umgang mit Patientenfamilien und in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Kompetenz in lösungsorientierter Gesprächsführung
  • Gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Französisch, Englisch, Italienisch) sowie gute ICT-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Pikett-Dienst im Care Team UKBB
