Als qualitätszertifiziertes, nationales Unternehmen für externe Betriebliche Sozialberatung suchen wir für die Region Zentralschweiz eine/-n

Sozialarbeiter/-in BSc oder BA (60-80%) ##

 mit Hauptarbeitsort in Luzern. Stellenantritt per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung.

Das sind die Kernaufgaben ###

  • Sie beraten Mitarbeitende unterschiedlicher Hierarchiestufen und Berufsgruppen zu persönlichen, familiären, gesundheitlichen und finanziellen Problemen sowie bei Schwierigkeiten am Arbeitsplatz.
  • Als Ansprechperson und Berater/-in entwickeln Sie im engen Austausch mit Personalleitenden und Vorgesetzten Lösungswege, um Mitarbeitende in schwierigen Situationen zu unterstützen.
  • Durch die Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden sind Sie präventiv tätig und helfen, persönlichen Problemen und firmeninternen Konflikten vorzubeugen.
  • Sie setzen Ihr Fachwissen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zur Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Dienstleistungsangebots ein.

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Sie verfügen zwingend über einen Fachhochschul- bzw. Universitätsabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Sozialberatung mit - vorzugsweise im betrieblichen Kontext in der Schweiz.
  • Sie führen gerne Beratungsgespräche und haben Erfahrung in der ziel- und lösungsorientierten Kurzzeitberatung.
  • Idealerweise sind Sie sprachlich versiert und können in Deutsch und Englisch beraten.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Case Management.
  • Sie sind vielseitig, engagiert und können gewinnend, diplomatisch und kompetent auf unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen zugehen.
  • Sie sind interessiert an der Themenvielfalt und Haltung der betrieblichen Sozialberatung, denken sich schnell in unternehmensinterne Prozesse ein.
  • Sie schätzen die Herausforderungen im privatwirtschaftlichen Umfeld, handeln dienstleistungsorientiert und unternehmerisch.
  • Sie sind kontaktfreudig, motiviert, loyal und arbeiten gerne selbstständig.
