Die Sozialen Dienste stellen mit ihrer Arbeit in den fünf Sozialzentren sicher, dass die Menschen in der Stadt Zürich auf eine wirksame soziale Grundversorgung zählen können. Für unser Sozialzentrum Selnau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Fachkraft als Aushilfe, befristet für 6-12 Monate.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie unterstützen und beraten Familien in finanziellen und sozialen Schwierigkeiten.
  • Sie arbeiten polyvalent: Sie richten wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe aus, beraten Familien in schwierigen Situationen und führen zivilrechtliche Kindesschutzmandate. Für Abwechslung ist gesorgt.
  • Sie klären im Auftrag der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde Gefährdungen des Kindswohls ab.
  • Sie dokumentieren Ihre Arbeit nachvollziehbar in einem Fallführungssystem.
  • Sie werden von Sachbearbeitenden administrativ unterstützt, können auf das Wissen von internen Fachstellen zurückgreifen und arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kolleg\*innen im Team zusammen.

Profil ##

  • Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit zwingend
  • Berufserfahrung in der Ausrichtung von wirtschaftlicher Sozialhilfe und/oder in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, entsprechende Weiterbildungen sind ein Plus
  • Kaufmännisches Flair und gute Kenntnisse in Finanzthemen
  • Freude mit Menschen und verschiedenen Familienkonstellationen zu arbeiten und guter Umgang mit widersprüchlichen Erwartungen
  • Rasches Erfassen von komplexen Situationen und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Rollen in der Beratung und Betreuung einzunehmen
