Die Gemeinde ist eine fortschrittliche und dynamische Organisation im öffentlichen Sektor, die ein hohes Vertrauen der über 11‘800 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner geniesst. Dies dank dem tagtäglichen Engagement der rund 300 Mitarbeitenden, bei denen Dienstleistungs\- und Lösungsorientierung zum Selbstverständnis gehört.

Die Abteilung Soziales/Gesundheit besteht aus den Bereichen Generationen und Gesellschaft, Schulsozialarbeit sowie den Sozialen Diensten mit total 24 Mitarbeitenden.

Für eine befristete Mutterschaftsvertretung suchen wir vom 1\. März 2027 bis zum 30\. September 2027 eine/einen

Sozialarbeiter/in FH (80%)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abklären und gewähren von wirtschaftlicher Sozialhilfe gemäss den gesetzlichen Grundlagen (SHG, SHV, SKOS\-Richtlinien, internen Weisungen)
  • Begleitung, Beratung und Vermittlung an Fachstellen
  • Einleitung und Begleitung von Integrationsmassnahmen
  • Geltend machen von Leistungen Dritter
  • Freiwillige Kurzberatungen und Vermittlung an geeignete Fachpersonen/Fachstellen zu Fragen im Sozialbereich
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Klientinnen und Klienten mit Hilfe der Sozialadministration
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Stellen und Fachdiensten
  • Bei Bedarf Mitarbeit in Fachgremien und Projekten der Abteilung

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit FH oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität sowie Team\- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Verständnis für Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen sowie Einfühlungs\- aber auch Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, speditive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch
  • Sehr gute IT\-Kenntnisse (Office\-Anwendungen, CMI und Klib)
