The posting

Mit rund 2400 Mitarbeitenden setzt sich das Sozialdepartement der Stadt Zürich täglich für ein soziales Zürich ein. Wir sind für alle da und unterstützen Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene in unterschiedlichen Lebenslagen. Wir leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt. Und wir tragen zu einer hohen Lebensqualität in den Quartieren bei. Die Sozialen Dienste stellen mit ihrer Arbeit in den fünf Sozialzentren sicher, dass die Menschen in der Stadt Zürich auf eine wirksame soziale Grundversorgung zählen können. Für unser Team im Sozialzentrum Selnau suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung motivierte Persönlichkeiten als Aushilfe für eine befristete Anstellung von 6-12 Monaten.

Aufgaben

  • Sie führen zivilrechtliche Mandate im Kindesschutz und begleiten Kinder, Jugendliche und deren Familien in anspruchsvollen Lebenssituationen.
  • Sie werden von Sachbearbeitenden administrativ unterstützt, können auf das Wissen interner Fachstellen zurückgreifen und arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Team zusammen.
  • Sie übernehmen

Profil

  • Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit
  • Berufserfahrung in der Führung von zivilrechtlichen Mandaten, idealerweise im Kindesschutz
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Familiensituationen und unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Rasches Erfassen komplexer Situationen, hohe Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen professionell und lösungsorientiert zu handeln
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Interesse an einer zusätzlichen fachlichen oder organisatorischen Verantwortung ist von Vorteil; Möglichkeit die Stellvertretung der Leitung zu übernehmen
