Die Stiftung Brüttelenbad bietet betreute Wohn- und Arbeitsplätze an für rund 60 Menschen mit kognitiven und mehrfachen Beeinträchtigungen. 100 Fachpersonen kümmern sich um ihr Wohl mit dem Ziel, ihnen Lebensfreude und Geborgenheit in der Gemeinschaft zu ermöglichen. Liebst du den Umgang mit Menschen und möchtest etwas zur Lebensqualität der Klient:innen des Brüttelenbads beitragen?

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams der Wohngruppe Violett suchen wir per 01.09.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Sozialpädagoge:in oder Fachperson Betreuung 60%

Das machst du:

  • Betreuung der Klienten im Wohngruppenalltag mit agogischen, pflegerischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Erhalten und Fördern der Eigenständigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur aktiven Teamarbeit
  • Planung und Begleitung von Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Bezugspersonenarbeit
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Arbeiten

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge (HF) oder Fachfrau/-mann Betreuung EFZ 
  • In hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahren 
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Flexible, belastbare und humorvolle Persönlichkeit mit Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten 
  • Freude am aktiven Mitdenken im Team
  • Bereitschaft für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten (kein Pikett, Nachtwache im Haus)
  • Führerausweises Kategorie B erwünscht
