Reconnue et incontournable depuis plus de 40 ans, Multi Personnel est une agence spécialisée dans la mise à disposition de personnel administratif et de cadres, temporaire et fixe, dans de nombreux secteurs économiques, tels que la banque, sociétés financières, multinationales, ONG, PME et institutions locales.

Nous souhaitons recruter un/e Spécialiste CRM, DATA \& Automatisation – Poste fixe

Mission : -------------

  • Piloter et faire évoluer Microsoft Dynamics 365 et son écosystème afin de répondre aux besoins marketing, commerciaux et de fidélisation.
  • Définir et optimiser les processus CRM, parcours clients et cycles de vie des prospects, membres et clients.
  • Concevoir les workflows, automatisations et intégrations entre le CRM, les outils marketing, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, le site internet et les applications métiers.
  • Garantir la qualité, la gouvernance et la valorisation des données : segmentation, déduplication, enrichissement et exploitation des données.
  • Développer des tableaux de bord et indicateurs, analyser les parcours et performances et identifier des leviers d’amélioration.
  • Contribuer à la génération et qualification des leads et à l’amélioration des taux de conversion.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des cas d’usage liés à l’automatisation, à Microsoft Copilot et à l’IA générative.
  • Assurer une veille technologique et être force de proposition pour développer de nouveaux usages de l’IA et de la donnée.
  • Accompagner et former les utilisateurs, assurer un rôle de référent interne et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Marketing Clients, Data et IT, dans le respect des exigences de gouvernance, de sécurité et de protection des données.

Profil : ------------

  • Formation supérieure en marketing, CRM, MarTech ou domaine connexe (Bachelor HES ou équivalent).
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction CRM, marketing automation, gestion de données ou optimisation des processus.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Dynamics 365 et des processus CRM.
  • Bonne connaissance de Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse et Microsoft Fabric.
  • Solides compétences en gestion, structuration et gouvernance des données.
  • Intérêt marqué pour Microsoft Copilot, les agents IA et l’IA générative.
  • Esprit analytique, structuré et orienté solutions, avec un goût pour l’amélioration continue.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, curiosité technologique et sens du service.
