Notre objectif : un environnement de soutien où les enfants grandissent en sécurité et où les familles peuvent développer leurs forces. Les enfants et les jeunes doivent se sentir écoutés et pouvoir se percevoir comme faisant partie d'une famille et de la société.

Pour compléter notre équipe dans le domaine BETREUEN, nous recherchons à partir du 1er novembre 2026 ou selon accord un spécialiste en aide familiale 40-60%

Ce que vous ferez : ###

  • Vous organisez le quotidien et les loisirs des enfants et des jeunes dans le groupe résidentiel Vento - en collaboration avec eux et leurs parents/tuteurs.
  • Vous travaillez de manière participative et coopérative avec les systèmes familiaux.
  • Vous agissez de manière systémique et orientée vers les solutions, ouvertement et respectueusement envers différents modes de vie.
  • Vous faites preuve de présence pédagogique, d-orientation relationnelle et de créativité au quotidien.
  • Vous vous impliquez activement dans la collaboration et la communication internes.
  • Vous participez aux travaux de département, aux groupes de travail et aux projets.
  • En tant que personnalité créative et fiable, vous contribuez activement à la réussite du quotidien, à une bonne ambiance et au développement commun de l-organisation et du département.

Ce que vous apportez : ###

  • Diplôme de spécialiste en assistance EFZ ou en formation en travail social / pédagogie sociale / pédagogie de l-enfance
  • Expérience professionnelle dans le travail avec les enfants et les jeunes
  • Personnalité fiable
  • Action professionnelle avec une attitude systémique et orientée vers les solutions, ouverture et respect envers d-autres modes de vie
  • Disponibilité pour des horaires irréguliers et grande flexibilité dans la planification du travail (également le week-end, le soir et la nuit)
