Le Service d'architecture et du logement est un service planificateur, constructeur et accompagnateur, qui garantit la prise en compte de l'ensemble des politiques publiques en lien avec l'environnement bâti et le logement.

Afin de renforcer notre domaine systèmes, opérations et support, nous créons un nouveau poste de spécialiste en comptabilité et finance.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Assurer la gestion et le contrôle des opérations comptables courantes et spécifiques du service, ainsi que le suivi et la justification des comptes

Participer aux clôtures et bouclements comptables, effectuer les régularisations et réconciliations nécessaires et préparer les documents destinés à la hiérarchie et aux organes de contrôle

Garantir la qualité des données financières en contrôlant les imputations, factures et pièces justificatives, en identifiant les anomalies et en assurant leur correction

Produire les tableaux de suivi, analyses et reportings nécessaires au pilotage de l'activité

Gérer les opérations comptables liées aux projets de construction : établissement des bons de commande, traitement des adjudications et des factures

Assurer le suivi financier des projets de construction : budgets, engagements, coûts, recettes, imputations, gestion des acomptes, paiements et garanties

Participer aux bouclements des projets de construction, notamment par l'établissement des décomptes, situations et écritures de régularisation

Prendre en charge des projets comptables ou financiers spécifiques et collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs concernés

Profil

Certificat fédéral de capacité d'employé\-e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente

Brevet fédéral de comptable ou titre jugé équivalent, exigé

Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire

Très bonnes connaissances de la comptabilité publique et des normes et règlements applicables (LCCOM, RCCOM)

Expérience dans la gestion de projets comptables et financiers

Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et aisance avec les outils d'analyse de données

Expérience d'un ERP, idéalement Abacus ou SAP, ainsi que d'AbaProjet ou d'un outil similaire de gestion financière de projets

Connaissance des codes de frais de construction (CFC) et/ou formation en gestion des coûts de projets de construction, un atout

Excellentes capacités d'analyse, rigueur et sens de l'organisation

Aisance dans la communication et la collaboration avec des interlocuteurs variés
