Tu connais la comptabilité immobilière sur le bout des doigts et tu as envie de voir l'autre côté du logiciel que tu utilises tous les jours ? Chez GARAIO REM, ton expérience de régie devient le moteur d'un outil utilisé par des gérances dans toute la renforcer notre équipe à Lausanne, nous recherchons, dès à présent ou selon arrangement, un·e spécialiste comptabilité immobilière.

GARAIO REM développe un logiciel de gestion immobilière nouvelle génération pour les régies et gérances professionnelles. Notre solution couvre toute la chaîne de valeur, du propriétaire au sommes \+de 80 collaboratrices et collaborateurs à Berne, Zurich et Lausanne. Notre équipe romande grandit, et nous voulons qu'elle connaisse le terrain aussi bien que nos clients.

TON RÔLE

Tu fais le lien entre le métier et le développement. Concrètement, tu :

  • analyses et qualifies les demandes de nos clients et partenaires, en lien avec nos équipes internes ;
  • rédiges les spécifications des nouvelles fonctionnalités comptables et les testes avant leur mise en production ;
  • accompagnes les régies qui migrent vers GARAIO REM : paramétrage comptable, reprise des données, premiers bouclements ;
  • partages ton regard de praticien·ne pour que le logiciel colle à la réalité des gérances romandes.

Tes idées ont un impact direct : elles finissent dans un outil utilisé chaque jour par des gérances dans toute la Suisse.

TON PROFIL

  • CFC d'employé·e de commerce (branche immobilière ou fiduciaire) ou formation équivalente ; un brevet fédéral (gérance d'immeubles, finance et comptabilité) est un atout.
  • Solide expérience en comptabilité immobilière, notamment dans les décomptes de charges, les bouclements d’immeubles et la comptabilité PPE.
  • Tu as travaillé avec au moins un logiciel de gestion immobilière (p. ex. Quorum, Rimo, Immotop, Abaimmo, Garaio REM un atout).
  • Tu es à l'aise avec l'informatique et tu aimes accompagner les utilisateurs avec patience.
  • Tu apprécies la variété et prends volontiers des responsabilités.
  • Tu as le français comme langue maternelle et de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand, au moins à l'oral.
