Nous recherchons régulièrement des profils RH qualifiés pour le compte de nos clients actifs dans différents secteurs d'activité. Responsabilités

Selon votre parcours et le poste concerné, vos missions pourront inclure :

  • Gestion administrative du cycle de vie des collaborateurs
  • Gestion des processus de recrutement et de sélection
  • Établissement des contrats de travail et suivi des dossiers du personnel
  • Gestion des permis de travail, des assurances sociales, des absences et des cas maladie/accident
  • Participation à la gestion des salaires et aux activités de payroll
  • Conseil et accompagnement des managers et des collaborateurs sur les thématiques RH
  • Participation à des projets RH et à l'optimisation des processus

Profil

  • Une formation dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines
  • Un certificat d'Assistant(e) RH ou, idéalement, un Brevet fédéral de spécialiste RH
  • Une expérience dans une fonction RH en Suisse
  • De bonnes connaissances des assurances sociales et du droit du travail suisse
  • Une excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des logiciels RH
  • D'excellentes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles
  • La maîtrise du français ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
