En tant que centre de compétence pour les personnes âgées, nous proposons dans notre nouveau bâtiment une gamme complète d'offres adaptées aux situations de vie et aux besoins individuels des résidents et des patients. Cela peut être en soins de longue durée stationnaires, dans les unités spécialisées pour la démence, les soins de réadaptation et de transition ou les soins palliatifs. Nous offrons un lieu approprié pour des expériences culinaires ou pour des événements et conférences grâce à notre paysage gastronomique polyvalent. Le secteur des services comprend un salon de coiffure, un studio de soins des pieds et un cabinet de physiothérapie. Grâce à notre personnel hautement qualifié et à notre bâtiment innovant doté de technologies modernes, nous sommes l'une des institutions leaders de la région.

La vie se déroule ici - même la nuit !

Ta mission :

Avec tes collègues du service de nuit, tu es responsable des soins et de l'accompagnement individuels et professionnels de 153 résidents. Tu assumes la responsabilité de la nuit pour un groupe résidentiel et apportes un soutien dans les autres départements. Tu t'engages avec enthousiasme et cœur pour accompagner les personnes à différentes étapes de leur vie. En cas d'urgence, tu prends les interventions appropriées et es le contact avec les médecins, l'hôpital ainsi que les proches. Tu organises le processus de soins de manière professionnelle et assumes la responsabilité de soins et d'accompagnement adaptés à la situation et compétents sur le plan professionnel. Un domaine de tâches varié t'attend au sein d'une équipe engagée et collégiale.
