Pour renforcer notre équipe du Capital Humain, nous engageons de suite ou date à convenir un \\Spécialiste formation (H/F) à 80\\-100 %\\ VOS RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES Formation professionnelle: \* Recrutement des apprentis de A\\-Z \* Gestion administrative complète liée aux apprentis (contrats d'apprentissage, avenants, correspondance diverse, rapports d'entretiens, gestion des absences et déclarations, gestion du temps, etc.) \* Référent pour les autorités et interlocuteurs internes et externes liés à la formation professionnelle \* Animation des séances de suivi régulières avec les apprentis et les formateurs, Commission d'apprentissage interne \* Centralisation du suivi scolaire (notes, évaluations, rapports, etc.) et disciplinaire si besoin \* Organisation d'événements promouvant la formation professionnelle (stages, préapprentissages, forums, portes ouvertes, etc.) \* Organisation de la semaine d'accueil des nouveaux apprentis et de l'apéro de fin d'apprentissage \* Visite des apprentis de terrain \* Elaboration de tableaux de bord de suivi des apprentis (taux de réussite, abandons, satisfaction, etc.) Formation continue: \* Etablissement et mise à jour d'un catalogue de formation interne \* Organisation de modules de formation internes avec les experts métier \* Etablissement et suivi des conventions de formation \* Evaluation de formations et mise en place d'indicateurs afin de pouvoir évaluer l'impact des formations \* Analyse de marché en termes de formation externe \* Sélection de prestataires de formation externe \* Création de partenariats avec des centres de formation et (hautes) écoles VOTRE PROFIL \* Expérience préalable de 3\\-5 ans dans un rôle similaire \* Excellentes compétences administratives et de rédaction \* Maîtrise de MS Office, d'un ERP (ProConcept) et d'un SIRH \* Aisance relationne, écoute active, sens pédagogique \* Sens de l'organisation, aisance dans la gestion des priorités \* Autonomie, dynamisme et prise d'initiatives \* Confidentialité, fiabilité et discrétion !\[Gruyère Energie \]( ) \* Gruyère Energie Rue de l'Etang 20 1630 Bulle \* \[ \](\< \>) jpid510dc35jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
