Pour notre client, une entreprise active dans le transport international et la logistique multimodale, qui propose des solutions sur mesure par route, mer, air et rail, nous recherchons un-e Responsable qualité à 70 % - 100 % pour un poste fixe. En tant qu-employeur, elle privilégie un cadre stimulant, une réelle autonomie ainsi que des responsabilités concrètes pour chaque collaborateur-trice.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous pilotez et faites évoluer le système de management de la qualité conforme aux normes ISO 9001 et ISO 14001
  • Vous préparez, coordonnez et menez les audits internes et externes avec rigueur et une objectivité sans faille
  • Vous identifiez les axes d'amélioration et pilotez les plans d'action correspondants tout au long de l'année civile
  • Vous gérez les non-conformités détectées et assurez un suivi précis des indicateurs qualité de l'entreprise entière
  • Vous formez et sensibilisez les équipes aux exigences qualité pour ancrer durablement de bonnes pratiques communes
  • Vous assurez une veille normative et réglementaire continue pour garantir la pleine conformité de l'entreprise

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d'une formation en qualité, en management ou dans un domaine connexe, ou d'une expérience équivalente
  • Vous avez idéalement une certification d'auditeur ISO 9001, sans que ce soit un prérequis absolument indispensable
  • Vous vous exprimez couramment en français, et toute connaissance de l'anglais est considérée comme un plus apprécié
  • Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans un domaine lié à la qualité, quel que soit votre secteur d'origine
  • Vous faites preuve de curiosité, de rigueur et d'un bon sens de l'organisation dans votre travail au quotidien
