Spécialiste RH 40\-50% Au sein de l’équipe RH du site, vous coordonnez le processus de paie en lien avec notre prestataire externe, assurez la qualité des données RH en tant que Key User SAP SuccessFactors et contribuez aux tâches de gestion du temps relatif à la paie. Vous êtes le point de contact clé garantissant la fiabilité et la conformité des processus. Coordination de la paie (prestataire externe) Assurer la coordination du processus de paie avec le prestataire externe Saisir, collecter, contrôler et transmettre les éléments variables (absences, bonus, mutations, etc.) Vérifier les données de paie et analyser les écarts avant validation Être le point de contact pour les questions liées à la paie (collaborateurs, managers) Gérer l’impôt à la source et les assurances sociales (allocations familiales, APG, etc.) en lien avec le prestataire Suivre les obligations légales (certificats de salaire, déclarations annuelles) Participer aux audits internes et externes Assurer l’interface avec la Finance pour la transmission des données comptables SuccessFactors – Key User Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données RH dans le système Gérer les entrées, sorties et modifications contractuelles dans SuccessFactors Assurer le support fonctionnel aux utilisateurs et le suivi des incidents Participer aux tests et aux évolutions du système Maintenir l’organigramme et produire les reportings associés Formation en ressources humaines ou domaine équivalent Expérience confirmée en gestion de la paie en Suisse (indispensable) Bonne maîtrise des assurances sociales suisses et de l’impôt à la source Expérience avec SAP SuccessFactors ou système RH équivalent À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et le traitement de données (Excel) Rigueur, sens du détail et discrétion Orientation clients, autonomie et capacité à prioriser Français courant, très bonnes connaissances en anglais (min.
